I have 2 children in same school, and another one in different school. Do I need multiple user accounts?

You only need a single user account. Your account will get you access to one or more schools.
If you do not see all your children under your profile, please email at support@freshschools.com with school name, your name, email, children names and their classrooms. We will make sure that you are associated with your children.
