We know you’re busy, so we’ve made it as easy as 1-2-3 to join. At any point, you can contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org, we’ll happily answer any questions you have.
Step 1 – Send Us Your Contact Info
We only need your name, email, phone, school name and zip code to get started. We don’t spam and we will never give your information to any third party.We take security and privacy very seriously.
Step 2 – Send Us Your Directory
We’ll do all the work for you. Upload your school’s latest directory through our secure, encrypted connection and we will get it ready for you. We prefer an Excel CSV spreadsheet (example), but we accept any format. If you want to mail us a physical directory, we will scan it, enter all contact info and even send it back to you. Our mailing address is 929 Colorado Ave, Santa Monica, CA 90401.
Step 3 – Kick Back and Relax
Once we receive your registration and directory information, we’ll need up to five business days to get it all setup for you. After five business days, we will send you an email with a login link. Your school will be setup and ready to go, and you can invite all the parents, teachers and staff. Invitees will only need to create a password, as everything else is already setup for them.
